area of Kokurakita,
Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. We offer steak in our original style,
prepared with a special cooking utensil called a "kuwa." We source seasonal Black Wagyu from around Kyushu,
with a focus on delicious flavor, rather than sourcing from specific regions or brands.

While course meals are our main offering, we also offer à la carte orders.

What is Kuwayaki Steak?
Kuwayaki Steak is prepared by grilling meat using a special cooking utensil called "kuwa," which resembles a large fork. It evenly applies heat to the meat, removing excess fat and preserving only the umami of the meat. The steaks are cooked medium-rare, striking a perfect balance between the sweetness of high quality marbling and the umami of lean meat.
Carefully Selected Wagyu
We select meat solely based on its delicious flavor, and not based on specific regional origins or brand names. We source high-quality Wagyu and other domestic beef from various regions of Kyushu to provide customers with the same great flavors.
